 Both Steve and Dave were superb right from the start. There was no hard sell, they answered all my questions and queries clearly and quickly, whether they were about the product, processes, training, support or running the business.
The training was invaluable. Whilst relaxed it was comprehensive with plenty of opportunity to ask more questions.
The ongoing support is excellent, they are always contactable, the balance of leaving you to get on with the work and them keeping in touch is spot on. I don't feel pestered but feel supported at all times.
My management fee is well spent as they are always working hard to get me more work, what other franchise does that for you?? |
