 We have spent a good year trying to find a suitable candidate to be our Master in Ireland. We have now signed an agreement with two local businessmen based in the Limmerick area of the Republic of Ireland. Tony Flynn and Philip Cahill will go live within the next couple of months.  Let me introduce Andrew Middleton, who has spent several years working for the Government advising on art insurance and museums and galleries. Andrew’s franchise area includes the City of London and extends out east to Essex. He has already successfully secured a contract with a major international car parking company to provide an on-site valeting service in one of their flagship London car parks together with being the preferred valeter for a nearby five star hotel. Andrew and his team are also able to offer a mobile service across London.  Waterless are now getting a footing in the south of the country, with their second franchisee in Portsmouth. The three wise men are more commonly known as Jon, Dave and Mike. This father and his two sons have a previous background in the paint industry and they are planning to make Waterless a house hold name within a few years.  After many months of organisation we have sucessfully launched The Waterless Detailers into the Republic of Ireland. Our first franchisee is David Lines. David works in the County Louth area of the counrty. We are currently creating an Irish web site under the domain name of waterlessdetailers.ie.  When I said we were taking the Michael, I meant to say meet Michael and his son Michael Lowrie. The Lowrie's will be looking after the Colchester area. Michael Senior has come to us from the forces and young Michael is having his first taste at being a director of his own company. The Colchester area has a large amount of caravan sites and I am sure than fairly soon you will be able to see their black Waterless van on one or more of these.  We have just completed the launch of the new Fiat Panda(car of the year 2004). The Waterless Detailers were asked to follow the PR convoy from Scotland all the way through to London, where each day they would be photgraphed by the local and national press and then the cars needed to be valeted overnight, ready for the next days photo shoots. We were given the contract because we were able to cover the areas concerned as well as being able to give them the best valet possible, especially if the weather turned nasty on them. As you guessed the weather was mixed and we were able to preform the valets because of our bespoke marquees.  With the growth of our franchise, we have had to look for larger premises. We have moved into our new head office/training centre at: 93 Alston Drive, Bradwell Abbey, Milton Keynes, MK13 9HF. This new building has meeting/training rooms, a sales office, a reception/waiting area as well as our offices. This new facility will be where we do our full franchise training which will include the business side as well as the hands on valeting training. Office hours are 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Friday. |

 After many months the British Franchise Association has granted The Waterless Detailers accreditation as an affiliate member. This will aid future prospective franchisees, the ability of knowing they are dealing with a franchise company that has passed the BFA's stringent guidelines. With this in mind we are having our official launch at this years British Franchise Expo at the NEC in Birmingham. You can find us on stand F40 on the 12th and 13th September - doors open 10am. |

 The Launch of the new 4 wheel drive jaguar was launched in the ski dome in Milton Keynes this week and The Waterless Detailers were asked to keep the vehicles in showroom condition. Due to the display being fixed inside the dome the cleaning had to be done in situ, so conventional valeters were impractical.
